First Students Dispatched under the Project Depart for South Africa

As the first cohort of outbound students under this project, three exchange students departed for Stellenbosch University in South Africa at the end of January,

These students are the first participants to travel abroad under the framework of this project. Through their studies in South Africa, they are expected to deepen their learning in multiple dimensions, including academic coursework in their fields of specialization, interaction with local students and faculty members, and firsthand experience of living in a different cultural environment.

Sophia University will continue to promote student mobility with African Countries through this project, while working to enhance international learning opportunities and to share the outcomes of these experiences both within and beyond the university.
